Central Park Towers consists of two 42-story towers connected by a seven-story podium that houses the hotel complex's extensive infrastructure. The building features a grand 4,000-seat concert hall designed to host spectacular shows and performances by world-famous stars. Modern spaces are allocated for business and commercial use.

The premium retail zone includes Harvey Nichols department store, as well as cafés and restaurants from prestigious brands such as Roberto's, Angelina, Chotto Matte, Rumba, and Beefbar.
